1、功能(neng):電(dian)機(ji)是單(dan)向還是雙向轉(zhuan)動?需不(bu)需要(yao)(yao)調(diao)(diao)速(su)?對(dui)于單(dan)向的(de)電(dian)機(ji)驅動,只要(yao)(yao)用一個大功率三極(ji)管(guan)或場(chang)效應管(guan)或繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器直接帶(dai)動電(dian)機(ji)即(ji)可,當電(dian)機(ji)需要(yao)(yao)雙向轉(zhuan)動時,可以使(shi)用由4個功率元件組成的(de)H橋電(dian)路或者使(shi)用一個雙刀雙擲的(de)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器。如果(guo)不(bu)需要(yao)(yao)調(diao)(diao)速(su),只要(yao)(yao)使(shi)用繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器即(ji)可;但如果(guo)需要(yao)(yao)調(diao)(diao)速(su),可以使(shi)用三極(ji)管(guan),場(chang)效應管(guan)等開關元件實(shi)現PWM(脈沖(chong)寬度調(diao)(diao)制)調(diao)(diao)速(su)。
2、性能:對于PWM調速的電機(ji)驅動電路(lu),主要有以下性能指標:
(1)輸出電(dian)(dian)流和電(dian)(dian)壓范圍,決定著電(dian)(dian)路能驅動多大(da)功率(lv)的(de)電(dian)(dian)機;
(2)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv),高的效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)不僅(jin)意味著(zhu)節省電源,也(ye)會(hui)減少驅動電路(lu)的發熱;
(3)對控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)輸入(ru)(ru)端的影響(xiang),功率電路(lu)對其輸入(ru)(ru)端應有良好的信號(hao)隔離(li),防止有高電壓大電流進(jin)入(ru)(ru)主控(kong)(kong)電路(lu);
(4)可(ke)靠性(xing),電機驅動電路應該(gai)盡(jin)可(ke)能做到,無論加上何種控制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao),何種無源(yuan)負(fu)載,電路都是(shi)安全的;
(5)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)影響,共態導通(tong)可以引起(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)瞬間(jian)下(xia)降造(zao)成高(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)污染(ran),大的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可能導致地線電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位浮動。
